I came across the story of Sam Gordon recently, and just had to share. This 9-year old GIRL has already compiled an impressive highlight reel, while playing in a nearly all-boys tackle football league.

Basically, Sam is living the dream. Seriously. I’ve had dreams like this. Of course my dreams have included back-to-back pick 6’s and crying men, but still… pretty close.
Sigh.
Anyway, I think Samantha is incredible and I love that she’s not only holding her own with the boys, she’s showing them up! Kudos to Mom & Dad for supporting their little girl in her not-so-girly sport. You rock, Sam! 🙂
